She then said anyone over 12months old was required to wear a mask and it was a local mandate. I then asked for a manager and the manager didn’t even know the rules and had to call someone. At that point we had been through security check point at least 7 times with no issue. On the third day a rude security guard gave me a adult sized mask and said he needed to wear it or we needed to leave.
First two days were great we worn our mask at all times and he didnt. Was told kids under five did not have to wear mask so I booked a 5 night stay for my son who has sensory issues and me and my husband. Prior to traveling I called about mask policy.
